pmkit is a PM toolkit that provides AI-powered workflows for product managers, including daily briefs, meeting summaries, PRD drafts, and more. The service integrates with third-party tools to aggregate and process data.

3. Account Registration

To use pmkit, you must create an account using Google or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service to transmit harmful code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Draft-Only Operations

pmkit operates on a draft-only basis. All outputs are proposals that require your review and approval before any action is taken in connected systems. pmkit does not directly write to external systems without explicit user action.

6. Intellectual Property

The pmkit service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by pmkit and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content processed through the service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

pmkit integrates with third-party services (Jira, Slack, Gong, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of service of those third parties. pmkit is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pmkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
